§ 4-34. Sale on election days.

Pursuant to the delegation of authority granted to the Mayor and Council by O.C.G.A. § 3-3-20(b) the sale of alcoholic beverages shall be lawful on any election day during the hours of sale set forth in section 4-33(a); provided, however, nothing contained in the section shall authorize the sale of alcoholic beverages within 250 feet of a polling place during such time as the polls are open.
