§ 36-206. Refuse containers for residential units.

Each residential unit will be provided one 18-gallon bin and one 95-gallon cart by the franchisee without charge for the deposit of refuse and recyclable items, as the case may be. Any new residential unit added to the collection route shall be supplied a cart and a bin by the franchisee without charge.
