§ 4-99. Familiarity with provisions.

Each licensed alcoholic beverage dealer under this division shall keep a copy of this article in the licensed premises and shall instruct any person working there with respect to the terms hereof. Each licensee, the licensee's agents and employees selling alcoholic beverages shall at all times be familiar with the terms hereof.
