All applicants for a license shall list in their application the names, home addresses,
home telephone numbers, and places of employment of the persons who will be employed
by them as manager in the place of business for which the license is sought to sell
or dispense alcoholic beverages. Thereafter, if any person other than the one listed
in the application as manager shall be employed as manager, the name, address and
telephone number of the new manager shall be filed with the General Government Administration
Department within three days of the date of such employment. Upon a change of managers,
the City Manager shall be authorized to initiate an investigation of the new manager.
If the investigation is unfavorable, the City Manager shall notify the present license
holder together with the General Government Administration Department of the unfavorable
finding. License holders agree to abide by the direction of the General Government
Administration Department as to such finding.
