§ 4-49. Enforcement.

The City Manager or his designee will cause periodic inspections of all establishments licensed to sell alcoholic beverages under this article during the hours in which the premises are open for business to ensure compliance with this article and state law. If a violation of this article is observed the licensee or employee who is in violation of this article will be issued a summons to appear at the next session of municipal court. A thorough investigation will be conducted and the results of the investigation forwarded to the General Government Administration Department in order to comply with section 4-101.
