§ 2-197. Personnel management system.

The employment rules and regulations for employees of the city, as well as the personnel classification and pay plans, shall be as set forth in that certain document entitled "Norcross Personnel Policy," a copy of which shall be maintained on file in the Office of the City Clerk and made available for public inspection during regular business hours. These rules and regulations and any amendments or changes thereto are hereby incorporated into this Code and made a part hereof as fully as if set forth in this article.
