§ 2-24. Regular meetings.

Regular meetings of the City Council shall be held at 6:30 p.m. on the first Monday of each month. All regular meetings shall be held in the City Hall. A notice containing the foregoing information shall be posted and maintained in a conspicuous place available to the general public at the regular meeting place of the Council.
