§ 26-60. Holiday decorations; exceptions.

Latest version.

It shall be unlawful to display holiday decorations over 30 days from the date of the holiday. The exception to this rule would apply to the lighting in the downtown area. Enforcement of this section shall be by the City Manager or his designee.
