§ 16-309. Purposes for which proceeds of hotel/motel tax may be used.

All proceeds of the hotel/motel occupancy tax assessed pursuant to this article shall be used in accordance with the provisions of O.C.G.A. § 48-13-51(b). The General Government Administration Department Head shall maintain a separate accounting of the proceeds generated under this article.
