§ 16-147. Penalty for violation.

Except to the extent otherwise provided for in this article, any person violating any provisions of this article shall, upon conviction before the municipal judge, be fined in an amount not exceeding $1,000.00 or imprisoned not exceeding 30 days, either or both, in the discretion of the municipal judge.
