§ 16-135. Administration of article.

(a)

The General Government Administration Department shall administer the provisions of this article involving the application for and issuance of occupational taxes, administrative fees, and regulatory fees, unless otherwise provided in this Code.

(b)

Appeals from any decision of the General Government Administration Department shall be made to the Mayor and Council by any person aggrieved thereby in the manner provided in this Code.
