§ 16-1. Collection of taxes, fees and other revenues.

  • All taxes, fees, penalties, fines or other revenue due the city shall be paid to the Office of the General Government Administration Department Head or a designee of the General Government Administration Department Head. Any city employee collecting any monies due the city or receiving such monies for any reason shall promptly deliver such monies to the Office of the General Government Administration Department or designee.
