§ 115-247. Building permit required.

No building or other structure shall be erected, moved, added to or structurally altered without a building permit issued by the Building Official. No building permit shall be issued except in conformance with the provisions of this chapter and the provisions set out under the "Planning and Land Development Code" subpart of this Code.
