§ 115-42. Minimum floor area requirements.

To promote the public health, safety, morals or general welfare, all single-family residences shall have a minimum area of 1,250 heated square feet, except that there shall be a minimum area of 1,500 heated square feet in the R75 zoning district and a minimum of 1,750 heated square feet in the R100 zoning district.
