§ 115-17. Facades of nonresidential buildings.

  • In order to aesthetically enhance the appearance of the City, the facades of all new nonresidential buildings must be constructed of wood, composite wood, brick, stone, stucco, glass or a combination of these treatments or other such treatment as approved by the ARB. For purposes of this section the facade of a building is any face that is visible from the public right-of-way.
