§ 115-17. Facades of nonresidential buildings.

In order to aesthetically enhance the appearance of the City, the facades of all new nonresidential buildings must be constructed of wood, composite wood, brick, stone, stucco, glass or a combination of these treatments or other such treatment as approved by the ARB. For purposes of this section the facade of a building is any face that is visible from the public right-of-way.
