§ 115-14. Modular or mobile buildings.
Except where specifically allowed under other sections of this chapter, modular or mobile buildings used for purposes other than residential or accessory to residential shall not be permitted except as a special exception granted by the Zoning Board of Appeals, i.e. temporary church or school classrooms, car lot sales office, and similar accessory structures. Temporary mobile structures only in association with a permitted temporary outdoor activity, subject to the provisions of chapter 8, article IX, section 8-318, as proposed, are exempt from the requirements of this section.
