§ 115-14. Modular or mobile buildings.

  • Except where specifically allowed under other sections of this chapter, modular or mobile buildings used for purposes other than residential or accessory to residential shall not be permitted except as a special exception granted by the Zoning Board of Appeals, i.e. temporary church or school classrooms, car lot sales office, and similar accessory structures. Temporary mobile structures only in association with a permitted temporary outdoor activity, subject to the provisions of chapter 8, article IX, section 8-318, as proposed, are exempt from the requirements of this section.
