§ 115-1. Purpose.

Following is a resolution of the city regulating the location, height, number of stories and size of buildings and other structures; the density of population; the size of yards and other open spaces; the uses of land, buildings and structures for industry, commerce, conservation, recreation, residence, public activities and other purposes; creating districts for said purposes and establishing the boundaries thereof; defining certain terms used herein; providing for the method of administration, amendment and enforcement and for the imposition of penalties for violation; providing for a Zoning Board of Appeals and defining its powers and duties; and repealing conflicting resolutions; and other matters.
