§ 105-316. Appeal.

Any person aggrieved or adversely affected by an administrative decision of the Community Development Department Director pertaining to the application of the provisions of this chapter may, within 30 days of such decision, appeal the decision to the Board of Construction Appeals. Any person aggrieved or adversely affected by a decision of the Board of Construction Appeals pertaining to the application of the provisions of this chapter may, within 30 days of such decision, appeal the decision to the City Council. Any person aggrieved or adversely affected by the decision of the City Council may, within 30 days of such decision, appeal the decision to the superior court of the county.
