§ 105-1. Adopted.

(a)

The Gwinnett County Unified Development Code, Title 1 and Title 3, latest edition, is hereby adopted as a general ordinance of the city to the extent that the development regulations are not inconsistent with City local amendments under section 105-2. A copy of the current county development regulations and any additions, deletions or local amendments thereto shall be maintained in the office of the Community Development Department and be available for inspection by the public.

(b)

Any request for variance from the development regulations shall be directed to the Mayor and Council. The Board of Zoning Appeals shall continue to have jurisdiction to hear variances arising under chapter 115.
