§ 101-56. Membership and appointment.

(a)

The Architectural Review Board shall consist of five members appointed by the Mayor and City Council. A minimum of four members must be citizens of the city.

(b)

The Architectural Review Board membership shall include at least one architect, one engineer, one citizen at large, and at most one person that is not a citizen of the city.
